Bob Woodard Named McCar Homes Raleigh Division Vice President

Bob Woodard was recently named Division Vice President of McCar Homes’ Raleigh Division. Woodard is currently the Division Vice President of McCar Homes’ Greensboro/Winston-Salem operation. In his new position he will oversee both the Raleigh and Greensboro divisions. Woodard, who has been with McCar Homes since September of 2002, will oversee the management of the division including construction, sales, land acquisition and development and all administrative departments.“Bob has had great success in the Greensboro Division and we are excited to see that success continue with the Raleigh Division,” said McCar Homes CEO Steve Roberts. “I am confident that his history of leadership and talent will drive continued growth and success to the Raleigh division.”
Prior to joining McCar Homes, Woodard worked with Craft Homes and Pulte Homes in the Charlotte area. Woodard is a member of the National Association of Home Builders and is active in the local Greensboro and Winston Salem HBA chapters. He is a North Carolina General Contractor, Licensed Real Estate Broker and is International Code Council certified.
